CHÂTEAU THIVIN

In Beaujolais and more precisely on Mont Brouilly, the Geoffray family has been vinifying Gamay at Château Thivin since 1877. Since then, generations have succeeded one another who have shaped the image and aura of the estate.  : respect for the vines by limiting the use of weedkillers, plowing the rows, the estate is also certified Terra Vitis. The grapes are harvested manually, vinified plot by plot and patiently aged.
